CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations concerning the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs, which are product delivery expenses, shall be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the recipient and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer, within a legal maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and if applicable, together with a warranty certificate, user manual, and other accompanying documents.
If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the product price or cancels the payment via bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product is voided.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
If it is determined after delivery that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs to be borne by the Seller.
DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is resolved.
If the Buyer cancels the order and paid via cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation date. If paid by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2–3 weeks to reflect it on the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting delivery; damaged or defective items (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) must not be accepted from the courier. A product/service accepted by the Buyer is deemed undamaged and intact.
After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for preserving the product/service carefully. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without legal or penal responsibility and without providing any justification, by rejecting the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or to the party at the address indicated, by notifying the Seller through the contact information below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the product purchased is a service, the 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. If the service has already started with the consumer’s approval before the end of this period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
All costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the Seller by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not fall under the "Non-Returnable Items" clause of this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice is issued to a legal entity, a return invoice must also be issued. Returns without a return invoice will not be accepted.)
The return form and the product, including its box, packaging, and all standard accessories, must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The Seller must refund the full amount and return all documents binding the Buyer within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and must collect the returned product within 20 days.
If the product’s value is reduced or the return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is liable to compensate the Seller accordingly. However, the Buyer is not responsible for any changes or deterioration resulting from the proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
If the use of the withdrawal right causes the order total to fall below the promotional campaign limit, the amount of the discount granted under that campaign will be canceled.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Products made specifically for the Buyer’s personal request or customized needs, bottom pieces of underwear, swimsuits or bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, items likely to perish quickly or expire, opened products not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons, items that are inseparable due to their nature once mixed with other items, newspapers and magazines (other than subscriptions), digital services provided instantly or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately, and opened software, books, digital content, data storage devices, and consumables like toner, cartridges, and ribbons cannot be returned.
For cosmetics, personal care items, underwear, swimwear, books, replicable software and programs, DVDs, CDs, VCDs, and stationery consumables to be returnable, the packaging must be unopened, undamaged, unused, and untested.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the Buyer defaults in payments made by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake to pay interest and be liable to their bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may pursue legal action and claim associated costs and legal fees from the Buyer.
In any case of Buyer default, the Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages and losses incurred due to delayed performance of the obligation.
